The role of a Mentor is both rewarding and multi-faceted. Mentors are paired with a participant during each class, providing guidance, encouragement, and accountability.

 Responsibilities include:

• Faith Commitment: Be a follower of Jesus Christ, willing to bring your faith into every interaction.

          Program Participation: Attend and engage in all Faith & Finances Program sessions, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.

• Goal Setting and Review: Help participants set savings goals, review budgets, and discuss financial decisions.
•  Support During and After the Program: Maintain contact with participants, offering encouragement and accountability as they work toward their goals.
•  Share Your Story: Be open to sharing your own experiences, listening deeply, and praying alongside others.
•  Encourage and Cheer: Be a source of motivation, celebrating progress and supporting through challenges.
• Patience and Presence: Dedicate time to walk patiently with participants, supporting them through both triumphs and setbacks.Faith & Finances
