We’re excited to introduce Rona Kafanelis-Adams as our new Connection Center Coordinator! A longtime Laconia resident, a heart anchored in ministry and passionate about helping people find belonging, healing, and purpose through the love of Jesus.

Rona’s desire is to walk alongside each individual and family, creating pathways into deeper fellowship, discipleship, and transformation. Her role will focus on fostering meaningful connections within the church and community—building bridges where hearts can find a home. Let’s welcome Rona with joy and prayer as she steps into this vital ministry! 

We also have another exciting change here at Love INC, our function remains the same, our name has changed to The Connection Center! Not only do we have a new name, but we also have been blessed with new volunteers! 

The Connection Center is where “neighbors in need” call in to speak with a

caring, well-equipped volunteer from one of our partner churches. This person

takes time to care with compassion and listen with discernment, inquire

about the pressing need and explore a holistic picture, so we can respond in

ways that offer hope for transformation.

Every week, our Connection Center is staffed M, W, F, and often calls are returned throughout the week. We serve anywhere from 5 – 10+ neighbors weekly!

When a need has been met through our partner churches, volunteers and agencies, a volunteer calls back to follow up, letting people know they matter. When we feel the client is in a good spot, we send an NOE, a Note of Encouragement, reminding clients that they can always reach out for help when needed. Each week we field from to five to ten calls, providing opportunity to speak God’s love and wisdom into people’s

lives, and to provide tangible resources through our partner churches working

together and networking with other community agencies and non-profits.
